Data We Collect

Accompany stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Contact names, phone numbers, and email addresses that you choose to import
• Birthday information for contacts you add
• Reminder schedules and preferences you configure
• Contact interaction history that you log within the App

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks
• We do not access your full address book — only the contacts you explicitly select
• We do not send messages or make calls on your behalf

Contacts Access

The App requests access to your device Contacts to allow you to import people you want to stay in touch with. Contact data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and is never transmitted off your device.

Notifications

The App uses local notifications to remind you to reach out to your contacts. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. No push notification servers are involved.

In-App Purchases

Accompany offers an optional subscription (Accompany Plus) processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles purchase data.

Data Storage and Security

All app data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, all associated data is removed. The App does not use iCloud sync or any cloud backup mechanism.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
